This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions and process for cancelling orders, bookings, and service requests made through FH ErrandsHub.

1. General Cancellation Principles

We understand that situations change, and customers, vendors, and service providers may need to cancel requests. However, to maintain operational efficiency and fairness for all parties, specific conditions apply.

2. Customer Cancellations

E-commerce Orders

  • • Customers may cancel an order before it is accepted by the vendor without penalty.
  • • Once an order is accepted and processing has begun, cancellations may incur a 10% restocking or service fee, subject to vendor approval.
  • • Perishable items cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Handyman/Service Bookings

  • • Customers may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
  • • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.

3. Vendor Cancellations

  • • Vendors may only cancel orders for valid reasons such as stock unavailability or operational issues.
  • • Repeated cancellations without valid cause may lead to account suspension.

4. Rider/Delivery Partner Cancellations

  • • Riders may only cancel accepted deliveries if there is a genuine emergency.
  • • Last-minute cancellations without notice may result in penalties or removal from the platform.

5. Platform-Initiated Cancellations

FH ErrandsHub reserves the right to cancel any transaction if:

  • • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • • The order violates our Terms of Service or applicable laws.
  • • The vendor or rider fails to meet service obligations.

6. Refunds for Cancellations

  • • Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
  • • Where applicable, refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

7. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  1. Log in to your FH ErrandsHub account.
  2. Navigate to My Orders or My Bookings.
  3. Select the transaction and choose Cancel.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
