1. General Refund Principles
FH ErrandsHub is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction while protecting the rights of vendors and service providers on our platform. Refund requests are subject to the conditions stated in this policy and applicable Nigerian laws, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA).
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be approved in the following cases:
- • Non-delivery of order/service within the agreed time.
- • Defective or damaged product upon delivery (with proof provided within 24 hours).
- • Service not rendered or rendered in a substantially unsatisfactory manner.
- • Duplicate payments made in error.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- • Change of mind after order has been processed or service has commenced.
- • Failure to be available for delivery after multiple attempts.
- • Perishable goods after delivery, unless damaged upon arrival.
- • Items or services purchased during “final sale” or “no refund” promotions (clearly indicated before purchase).
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact FH ErrandsHub Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery or service completion.
- Provide order details, payment proof, and photographic/video evidence where applicable.
- FH ErrandsHub will review your request and communicate a decision within 5 working days.
5. Refund Method & Timeline
- • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.
- • Refunds may take up to 7–10 working days depending on the payment provider (e.g., Flutterwave, Paystack).
- • FH ErrandsHub may offer store credit or vouchers as an alternative refund option, upon customer agreement.
6. Vendor & Rider Liability
Vendors and riders may be held financially responsible if refunds are caused by:
- • Poor product quality or misrepresentation.
- • Non-compliance with agreed delivery schedules.
- • Negligence or misconduct.
In such cases, FH ErrandsHub may deduct the refund amount from the vendor/rider payout.
7. Platform Discretion
All refunds are at the sole discretion of FH ErrandsHub, provided decisions remain within the limits of Nigerian consumer protection laws.
