• Customer: A user ordering goods or services through the Platform.
• Vendor: A registered business or individual selling goods or services via the Platform.
• Rider/Delivery Partner: An independent contractor delivering goods to Customers.
• Service Providers: Skilled individuals offering handyman and other services via the Platform.

3. Scope of Services

FH ErrandsHub is a technology platform that:
• Connects Customers with Vendors, Service Providers, and Riders.
• Facilitates payments via integrated gateways (e.g., Flutterwave, Paystack).
• Provides real-time tracking, communication, and transaction records.

We do not own or control the products, services, or delivery timelines of Vendors and Riders, except where specifically stated in writing.

4. User Accounts

To use the Platform, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
• Maintaining account confidentiality.
• All activities under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use.

5. Order Placement & Fulfilment

• Orders must be placed through the Platform only.
• Prices are set by Vendors and may change without notice.
• Delivery timelines are estimates; FH ErrandsHub is not liable for delays beyond our control.

6. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through approved payment gateways.
• We may place transaction holds for fraud prevention.
• Fees may apply as per our published charges.

7. Vendor & Rider Conduct

Vendors and Riders must:
• Fulfil accepted orders promptly and professionally.
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations.
• Maintain valid licenses and permits where required.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, Return Policy, and Cancellation Policy (available on the Platform).

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software on the Platform are owned by FHYPE GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Liability Disclaimer

FH ErrandsHub acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for:
• Quality or safety of products/services.
• Acts or omissions of Vendors, Riders, or Service Providers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.
