1. General Return Principles
FH ErrandsHub aims to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices for vendors and service providers. Our return process complies with the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act (FCCPA) and other applicable Nigerian laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return if:
- • They are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- • They are unused, unworn, and in original packaging (where applicable).
- • Return requests are made within 24 hours of delivery for perishable goods and 7 days for non-perishable goods.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, unless faulty upon arrival:
- • Perishable goods after the 24-hour window.
- • Intimate or sanitary products.
- • Custom or personalized items.
- • Digital goods or services.
4. Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact FH ErrandsHub Customer Support within the return window.
- Provide proof of purchase, order details, and photo/video evidence.
- Await confirmation and instructions from FH ErrandsHub before sending the item back.
- Items must be returned to the vendor’s address or designated FH ErrandsHub return point.
5. Return Costs
- • If the return is due to vendor error or product defect, FH ErrandsHub will cover return shipping costs.
- • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
6. Inspection & Approval
All returned items will be inspected. Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the returned product meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
7. Vendor Responsibility
Vendors are required to honor FH ErrandsHub’s return policy. Failure to comply may lead to penalties, suspension, or account termination.
